Refund Policy
Refund requests must be postmarked by March 31 for the Spring 2009 season. A $15 processing fee will be subtracted (per player) from any refunds. The $25 late fee is non-refundable. Requests must come by mail or fax and include a parent/guardian signature.
E-mailed refund requests will not be accepted. Please mail to PO Box 1358, Leesburg, VA 20177, hand deliver to 302B Industrial Ct., Leesburg, VA 20175 or fax to 703-777-1029.
Refunds of credit card payments will be deducted from the credit card used for payment of the registration fees.
Check refunds will be processed in the Loudoun Soccer office and a check will be mailed to the parent making refund request at the current household address or to address listed on refund request, if different.
Refunds will not be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control.
Waitlisted players: If Loudoun Soccer is unable to place a child on a team because of lack of coaches or team availibility, he or she will automatically receive a full refund.
Returned Check Policy
