Late Registration

On-line registration is no longer available. Mail or walk-in registrations will still be accepted at the Loudoun Soccer office. We have very llimited space available and are only accepting registrations for U16 girls in Ashburn and U10 in all areas. There is also a limited number of Mini spaces available. Ashburn is full. The cost per player is $85 plus a $25 (non-refundable) late fee for a total of $110.00. Please download a registration form from the Registration Center. Click on the "Mail In Registration Form" at left. Registrants will be placed as space is available on teams. If your child is not placed on a team, you will receive a full refund.

Team Assignments Have Been Made

Loudoun Soccer teams have been formed for the U4-U19 age groups and additional players will be placed wherever teams have room. You can find out team assignments through the on-line registration system. Click the On-line Registration or Check player registraiton status link in the left margin and select the 3rd option that says I am currently registered and would like to check team assignment or update my personal info. After you log in you will see a list of your player registrations and beside each player name should be a team name. If you click on the team name you can get contact information for the team coach. He or she will contact you shortly regarding practice information.

Fall 2008 Registration

Registration for Fall 2008 is now open. The fee will be $85 per player. On-time registration will end on June 30, 2008. Players registering after that date will be assessed a non-refundable $25 late fee and may be placed on a waitlist. Online registration will be available until July 15. To register online, click on the link below or at left. To download a form to mail, please click "Mail in registration forms" link at left or below. The Fall calendar will be posted on or by June 1.

All new players must provide proof of age. Email notices will be sent out to all registrants, new and old, who have not shown proof of age.

All U8, U9 and U10 registering for Challenge must register by June 30.

Practices for U6 to U19 players will begin the last week in August. The first game is Sept. 6. The mini soccer program starts on Sept. 6.

Refund request deadline is August 28, 2008.

Uniforms

Uniforms:

SFL players (U13-U19): If the player did not participate in our SFL program during the Fall ’07 or Spring ’08 season, they will need to purchase a uniform. The uniform kit consists of 2 jerseys, 1 pair of shorts and 1 pair of socks. The cost per player is $36 and will be added to the online registration fee and must be included with the mail in form. The jerseys will come in blank and will need to be numbered.

U6-U12 players: Loudoun Soccer had a NEW uniform for all U7-U12 players for the Spring 2008 season. All new U6-U12

players (who did not play in Spring ’08) will need to purchase their own uniforms at specified stores in Loudoun. Store locations are listed under the Uniform section of the website. These uniforms are for recreation/challenge players.

U4 and U5 Mini soccer players, will receive a shirt on the first day.
