Fall 2010 - Registration is open but all players will be put on a waitlist and placed if space is available. All registrations processed after July 26th will be charged a $25 non-refundable late fee. If we cannot place your child on a team, you will receive a full refund of all fees.

Fall 2010 Recreation player fees - On-time registration extended to July 26.

May 25 - July 26 : $115 per player       $90 + $10 Loud. Co.Youth Maint/Sports User Fee plus $15 Strategic Capital Investment Fund
May 25 - July 12: $115 per player - Challenge players (Program now closed)
After July 26:         $140 per player      $85 + $10 (County User fee) + $15 SCI+$25 late fee ($25 late fee is non-refundable)

CHALLENGE PLAYERS must register by July 12 (NO exceptions!) Evaluations are required for U8 to U10 Challenge players. U11 and U12 Challenge players must attend a evaluation/draft. These dates will display when you register your player.

Mini Soccer Program will have 6 locations to choose from: Ashburn, Brambleton, Leesburg, Purcellville, South Riding and Sterling.

Refund information: Deadline for refund requests is September 7, 2010. See detailed instructions below.

PROOF OF AGE: Age verification is required. Please provide birth certificate, passport or DMV issued ID card by mail, fax or walk-in. This includes any player who has not shown proof of age, new or returning.  Weekly reminders are emailed to all players without proof of age on file and registrants will not be placed on a team until  proof of age is documented.   This is a Virginia Youth Soccer and US Youth Soccer requirement.

If you do not receive an immediate confirmation, your registration has not been completed. Log back in to complete your registration. Registrations paid by check or cash will receive a payment confirmation upon receipt of payment

On-line Registration Instructions:

1. Click on online registration link above.
2. Affirm that you are 18 or older.
3. Choose either the first option "New family" or 2nd option "Returning player/family option".
4. Log in with your pin/password and your email address OR with your personal information. If you cannot remember your password, click on the "forgot password" link. (The pin/password is a Loudoun Soccer generated password.)
5. Follow registration through to payment section. You will receive a confirmation email immediately regarding your registration. If you do not receive a comfirmation, it means that there was an error somewhere in the process.

Non Parent Volunteer

If you do not have a child playing soccer but would like to volunteer your time to help Loudoun Soccer, please submit your information via this web page.

Loudoun Soccer welcomes any non-parent volunteer support we can get, particularly from people who have coaching experience and can take on a team that has no qualified parent volunteers.

Proof of Age and Uniform information

New players can be registered on-line, but their registration will not be considered final until proof of age is provided. Any returning player that has not shown proof of age will not be placed until it is provided. If you are registering a new player, please print out the registration confirmation page and fax, bring it in or mail it to Loudoun Soccer with birth certificate, passport or other official document that verifies a birth date. Uniforms

SFL players (U13-U19): If the player did not participate in our SFL program during the last 4 seasons, they will need to purchase a SFL uniform. The uniform kit consists of 2 jerseys and 1 pair of shorts. The cost per player is $36 and will be added to the online registration fee. The jerseys will come in blank and will need to be numbered.

Mini U3, U4 & U5 players will receive a shirt on the first day.

All new U6-U12 players will need to purchase a uniform for Spring 2010. The new uniforms are for participants that did not play in Spring or Fall 2009. Store locations are listed under the "Uniform" section of the website.

Recreation Soccer Scholarship Information

Recreation Soccer Scholarship Procedures:

Contact the Loudoun Soccer office. Forms will be available at the Loudoun Soccer office or can be mailed to recipient. (Forms will not be posted online).
Complete registration form AND scholarship form.
Provide documentation (State or county document stating government aid).
If government documentation is unavailable, a personal letter must be submitted to Loudoun Soccer explaining reason for scholarship application. These will be reviewed by the board.
A check or cash for $50 will be required upon board approval.

Documentation is required before scholarship can be granted. This can be documentation providing free or reduced lunch or other government funded program for families in need. If there is no government documentation, a personal letter must be submitted explaining the situation and it will be reviewed by the board.

Refund & Return Check Policies

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be postmarked by Sept. 7, 2010 for the Fall 2010 Season.
Refund requests must be postmarked by April 7, 2010 for the Spring 2010 Season .
A signature is required on the request. E-mailed refund requests will not be accepted.

The following charges will apply:

A $15 processing fee will be subtracted (per player) from any refunds.
The $25 late fee is non-refundable.
The $10 Loudoun County Sports Use fee is non-refundable for refund requests that are received after August 1, 2010 as Loudoun Soccer will have already paid this fee to Loudoun County.

Please mail refund requests to PO Box 1358, Leesburg, VA 20177, hand deliver to 302B Industrial Ct., Leesburg, VA 20175 or fax to 703-777-1029.

Check refunds will be processed in the Loudoun Soccer office and a check will be mailed to the parent or guardian making refund request at the current household address or to address listed on refund request, if different.

If the initial registration was paid for by credit card, the refund will be processed back to that credit card.

No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be given after the first game.
